Cauliflower Soup ~ serves 4
Put half a head of cauliflower, cut into florets in a pan of water and cook gently until soft. Blend caulflower into the cooking water. Add milk and water, enough to bring to the consistency you prefer, mix well. Add half a teaspon of ground cumin, and some corriander (I didn't have fresh so added a teaspoon of lazy corriander from a jar I had in the fridge). Add salt and pepper to taste. I served mine nice and hot with a sprinkle of crispy fried onion on top, or you could add a sprinkle of crispy sliced mushrooms.
